MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS
• All patients must give verbal/written confirmation of attending their scheduled appointment. • Appointments that have not been confirmed may result in cancellation. • Any missed/cancelled appointments with Dr. Linquist may be rescheduled for the following year. If patient must be seen prior, they will be scheduled with Brittney Hughes PA-C. |
COSMETIC APPOINTMENTS
• All cosmetic appointments require a deposit be paid the Monday prior to your appointment. • This deposit is considered your appointment confirmation and is non-refundable. • The deposit will be applied to your visit. • Any unconfirmed appointments may result in cancellation. |

• Route 29 to MD 100 E (signs for Glen Burnie/ MD100)
• Continue on MD 100 for 4.3 miles
• Take exit 4 to merge onto MD 103/Meadowridge Rd
• Destination will be on right had side before underpass for I-95 (look for Merritt Properties sign)

• Travel 0.8 miles and turn left at US-1 / Washington Blvd
• Travel 1.4 miles and turn left at MD 103 / Meadowridge Rd
• We will be 0.85 miles on the left hand side after the underpass for I-95 (look for Merritt Properties sign)

• Travel 0.8 miles and turn left at US-1 / Washington Blvd
