For all my patients with Kaiser, Great West, Coventry, and other plans not mentioned, we are not participating with your insurance at this time.  I am more than happy to see you,  however you will be required to pay for the office visit that day.  We will provide you with a form to mail into your insurance for reimbursement.  We are too small right now to go through the long laborious process of getting credentialed with every insurance product.  

Of note it often takes 6 months from start to finish until I can bill for the office visit.  

Many of the insurances like Great West and Coventry pay 50-70% of Medicare fees, and it is impossible to run a practice at those low reimbursement rates.

Negotiating with these insurances is time-consuming and fruitless, so I regretfully can not accept those insurances.
